Job Description
Overview:
The trainer will oversee developing, managing, and delivering training programs that provide employees with the necessary skills to perform their work in the different audits.
**Responsibilities**:
Maintain contact with managers to jointly determine the training needs of the audit team.
Design and update training programs based on the needs detected, through the generation of different educational materials, written, audiovisual, etc.
Act as a tutor for new employees, to teach the different concepts and tools used in the different audits.Monitor employee performance and response by conducting evaluations before and after training.
Manage the logistics required for the different training courses such as location, schedules, attendance lists, materials, etc.
Present to managers and directors the results of evaluations of the training provided.
