Audience Recruitment & Data Specialist

IDC is seeking an Audience Development Specialist to build, maintain, and improve audience databases for event recruitment across North America. You will identify target profiles, source data, and support outreach to maximize registrations and attendance.

You will collaborate with event, marketing, and audience development teams, perform data cleansing, validation, and segmentation, and report on recruitment progress to drive campaign effectiveness.
