Auctions Manager

You will own the auction funnel end to end — from the moment a vehicle is routed to auction after inspection, through to sale, payment, and delivery. The mandate is to grow dealer participation, maximise margin, keep inventory exposure tight, and build the auction channel into a stronger lever for CARS24 Arabia.

You will lead the Dealer Relationship Management team and work hand-in-hand with Procurement, Pricing, Assortment, Product, Operations, Finance, and Delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Auction Funnel & Performance

• Run the full funnel from listing to sale, payment, and delivery; hit sales, margin, conversion, and delivery targets.
• Ensure enough dealer participation on every listing to drive genuine price discovery.
• Support inventory-buying decisions with timely auctions and reliable dealer bids.
• Review low-participation, unsold, low-margin, and delayed cases — and fix the root cause.
