A unique opportunity exists for experienced US immigration attorneys to work with EY Law LLP and Mehlman Jacobs LLP as independent contractors. 

This position is 100% remote.

Overview

As an independently contracted Attorney, you will deliver US immigration legal advice and compliance services, helping corporate clients navigate complex requirements and implement effective immigration strategies. Your work will span non immigrant visas such as H-1B, L-1, E, TN, immigrant visa categories, PERM labour certifications, naturalization, and related matters.

Key responsibilities
