Summary This position is located in the Office of the Bureau Chief, Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau (PSHSB), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Washington, D.C. RELOCATION EXPENSES WILL NOT BE PAID. THIS VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT MAY BE USED TO FILL ADDITIONAL POSITIONS WITHIN 90 DAYS. Responsibilities The incumbent serves as a senior Attorney Advisor (Legal Advisor) and provides legal advice and counsel on a broad spectrum of difficult and complex Front Office matters. The incumbent independently handles significant coordination matters and sensitive legal assignments involving inter-bureau requests, inter-agency requests, Bureau Chief talking points and executive communications, Congressional inquiries, FOIA matters, records management issues, briefing papers and decision memoranda, and Bureau- and Commission-level releases.
