What You Will Do

Provide strategic ownership of Jira and Confluence Cloud as enterprise platforms, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and continuously improved to meet evolving customer and organizational needs.

Acts as the highest escalation point for complex issues and as a technical authority with expert knowledge of Atlassian Marketplace apps, including BigPicture and ScriptRunner.

Provides 3rd level support and drives platform optimization through advanced configuration, automation, and AI capabilities to enhance user experience, delivery efficiency, and decision making.
