An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a forward-thinking law firm as an Asylum & Immigration Solicitor in Glasgow. Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking several solicitors to complement its existing team.
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of immigration law, including advising on human rights, nationality issues, employment matters, and visas. Candidates from NQ to senior level will be considered. Experience in handling asylum and immigration cases is crucial, along with a strong understanding of Legal Aid Advice and Assistance. Advocacy experience is also desirable.
