【Responsibility/Key Tasks 】
HEOR director is a leadership member of Evidence and Observational Research (EOR) and leading HEOR team as a head of HEOR.

Accountabilities
 Establish HEOR organization and ensure the sufficient HEOR study management capabilities and capacity of the team members
 Hold the ownership of the delivery of HEOR studies/projects, and accountable for the feasibility, progress, financial expense and the quality of the delivered evidence as per the agreed standards
 Establish collaborative relationships with medical affairs functions including other departments within EOR, global evidence generation functions, medical business partners, local R&D, other marketing teams
 Track companies, brand and medical strategies to develop AstraZeneca’s HEOR approach to meet the evidence needs, and, in collaboration with other departments within EOR, especially DS team, develop the approach and strategy for the use o...
