Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle complete lubricant filling operations for multiple filling lines
- Manage and monitor production activities of 2 shifts effectively
- Ensure achievement of daily production targets with minimum downtime
- Coordinate with blending, maintenance, warehouse, QA QC, and dispatch teams for smooth operations
- Ensure proper machine utilization, line efficiency, and housekeeping standards
- Monitor product quality, filling accuracy, and packing standards
- Supervise operators, helpers, and shift staff efficiently
- Ensure smooth shift handover and proper production reporting
- Allocate manpower as per production planning and operational priorities
- Maintain discipline, teamwork, and productivity within the department
- Perform production-related SAP entries and maintain production records
- Monitor material consumption, production output, and stock movement through SAP
