Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) procedures as per the planned schedule.
- Perform inspections required by scheduled TPM tasks or work order requests.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
- Carry out regular maintenance tasks at the facility in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Proactively identify and address maintenance and operational needs.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical) in carrying out maintenance activities.
- Allocate the necessary resources to execute work orders, track progress, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Assess the need for mechanical spare parts to prevent delays in TPM and manage tools and instrument inventory/maintenance.
- Set up and manage small-scale workshop activities.
