Associate/Senior Associate, Capital Markets

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of IPOs, Secondary Offerings, Private Placements, Mergers & Acquisitions and other related Capital Markets Distribution transactions
• Participate in deals origination initiatives by identifying potential issuers and preparing pitch presentations
• Prepare market intelligence, research and comparable company/ comparable transaction analysis to refine positioning and pricing strategy
• Liaise with clients and investors to work towards successful completion of transaction
• Assist in organization and coordination of roadshows and other relevant marketing activities
• Prepare marketing related materials, including teasers, term sheets, investors presentationsfor issuers and investors engagement
• Collaborate with the internal team to support pricing, bookbuilding and allocation process
