Associate/Senior Associate (12 months contract), Data Management (Data Sourcing Business Analyst)

Introduction

Operations Data Sourcing, as the Data Subscription Category Owner, serves as the central governance and strategy lead for all data subscriptions, managing a growing portfolio of 150+ contracts across market data, compliance, portfolio management, and specialized tools. The team currently operates with 1 FTE and 3 contractors covering both category owner and Data Sourcing Admin baseload and projects.

Responsibilities

Data Landscape & Business Intelligence (Key)

• Support the development of the data landscape by conducting user surveys ahead of contract renewals, consolidating business use cases, performing market and data analysis, and ensuring fully managed data contracts are AI‑ready where feasible.
• Drive Single Sign-On (SSO) onboarding prioritization for data subscriptions in partnership with Technology teams.
• Coordinate central training initiatives for platforms such as Euromonitor and Eurasia.
