PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
LP Transfer Administration
Serve as the primary coordinator for LP transfer requests across Ares-managed funds.Act as the central point of contact for transferring investors, transferees, fund administrators, legal counsel, tax, fund accounting, and internal stakeholders.Receive, review, and log incoming transfer requests.Maintain transfer request trackers and workflow dashboards, ensuring accurate status reporting and timely follow-up.Coordinate the collection and review of required transfer documentation and supporting materials.Source, prepare, and distribute standard transfer documentation and ancillary forms.Monitor transaction progress and proactively manage outstanding action items to facilitate timely completion.Transaction Coordination
