Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior designers and multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive urban design solutions
- Create conceptual designs master plans and detailed site plans for various urban development projects
- Assist in the preparation of design guidelines zoning regulations and urban design policies
- Lead urban design project deliverables in line with applicable planning authorities and client requirements. Ensure the compliance of deliverables with the scope of work and contracts.
- Clearly understand the scopes of Architecture urban design and Landscape and the synergies and overlaps between them on projects and in the studio.
- Able to develop new urban design and building typologies applicable to projects and sites with conditions. Able to tailor design responses to projectspecific conditions.
