Job Description
Associate Technical Engineer – Community Management , you will oversee facilities operations across Community Management assets, including residential communities and retail spaces. The Associate Technical Engineer ensures the delivery of maintenance services, effective contractor supervision, operational efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and Implement Preventive Maintenance Programs
- Design and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance plans for community facilities, including common areas, amenities, and utility systems.
Regular Facilities Inspections
