Work closely with assigned outside reps to grow the revenue base for accounts below $15,000 revenue per yearMinimum of 20 outbound calls per day- mix of cold calls/ prospecting, one-shot quote follow ups, service review, conflict resolution & past customers. Call notes to be updated in CRM, that same dayASP to review Bill of Lading (BOL) type (ie customer own, manual, electronic), Electronic-invoicing &Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) on all phone callsReview Online Quote (OLQ) report in MT Direct daily to follow up on One Shot accounts with AccountManagers to discuss which accounts they will each targetCreate users and train customers via phone on our online platform MT Direct. 2-3 web demos a weekWhen contacting accounts, capture and qualify opportunities and send as a lead to a Sales Professional forfurther investigationComplete weekly and monthly sales reports
