Associate, Retail Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service and attend to the needs of patients/customers at all times.
• Perform cashier duties, ensure billing transactions are accurate and correct at all times.
• Provide information and assistance on products and prices.
• Update product knowledge to provide relevant and correct information to patients/customers.
• Stack, maintain and replenish stocks/products.
• Ensure the safety/security and housekeeping of shop floor.
• Assist in receiving and processing retail orders at inpatient processing area.

Requirements

• GCE N Levels with preferably 2-4 years' experience in retail industry and cashier work.
