Summary
The Associate Recruitment Administrator works alongside the Associate Recruitment Advisor to screen and process all new associate applications. They deliver excellent customer service to all applicants and act as a point of contact to business stakeholders in relation to new application processing. The recruitment administrator will be data led in decision making. As a problem solver they find solutions to deliver high volume requirements and are able to reprioritise tasks as necessary, while following clearly defined processes.LandscapeAssociate Recruitment sits within the wider Resourcing and Talent team, within People Group.
