What You’ll Be Doing

CIBC Real Estate Finance Division focuses exclusively on providing financing to real estate companies on both an interim/construction and term basis across Canada. This Associate role will be based in Montreal and will work closely with Relationship Managers, gaining experience in real‑estate interim and term lending and in managing key client relationships.

How You’ll Succeed

• Research & Analysis – Conduct in‑depth company, industry, and portfolio analysis; perform risk assessments through financial statement analysis, sensitivity and scenario analysis, valuation of different asset classes, and review of third‑party reports.
