Working for a global non profit organisation who are well established overseeing the delivery of multiple international campaigns and projects.
Responsible for the day to day planning, co-ordination and delivery of projects and campaigns

Managing a team of Project Co-ordinators, coaching and keeping them on track to deliver on schedule

Working to strict deadlines and compliance procedures to ensure quality of delivery

Identifying risks, resolving them before they escalate

Providing updates and sharing information relating to projects with interconnecting teams

Directing the team and giving performance feedback as well as day to day support to ensure the team have what they need to fulfil delivery of projects
