JOB SUMMARY
Assists in the generation of project budget estimates, updates to estimates during the design phases, negotiation of changes to the work during the construction/installation phase, and compiles post-mortem cost summaries of the project. This work is performed with significant oversight from project controls / estimating leadership.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the development of estimates, negotiation, and settlement of costs for all changes to the work (including specialty ride & show scopes) throughout the project.
Utilizing project costs, develops project metrics, reports and summaries to be presented and utilized by leadership.
Assists estimating team during the buyout process including but not limited to the development of RFP’s, scoping of bids, negotiation of
