Associate, Project Development

Job Summary: Provide project management and regulatory support to Project Managers and related teams across the development, construction, and operations stages of renewable energy projects. The role will coordinate tasks, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables for assigned projects.
• Assist in applying for, securing, monitoring, and maintaining regulatory permits, approvals, and clearances, including new RE Contract applications with the Department of Energy (DOE).
• Prepare, edit, and disseminate project documents such as stakeholder communications, progress reports, meeting minutes, and IEC documentation.
• Organize project IEC activities and consultation meetings with host communities, IP tribes, local government units (LGUs), and other stakeholders.
