Associate Project Accountant - Temp to Perm

**Position Summary**

The Associate Project Accountant is assigned to a smaller construction project(s) and partners with the Project Management team to assure timely and accurate accounting and risk management throughout the project life cycle.

**Position Details**

+ Ensure accurate reporting of financial information and timely invoicing pertaining to a particular project. Maintains project-related ledger accounts. 
+ Disseminates month-end project reports to management and relevant business lines. 
+ Maintain list of month-end deadlines and ensure that profit and cash flow forecasts are prepared on time and accurately. 
+ Reviews project forecasts on a regular basis and ensure any outstanding matters are dealt with on a timely basis. 
+ Maintains project register. Prepares month-end posting/ allocations and accruals. Controls the accounts payable and receivable tasks for the project.
