Organizational Context
The post is located in the PCT Legal and User Support Section, PCT Legal and User Relations Division, PCT Legal and International Affairs Department, Patents and Technology Sector. The section provides legal advice to PCT users, implements regulatory changes, and conducts training activities.
Incumbent assists the Deputy Director in investigating and resolving PCT applications with legal or procedural issues, maintains case statistics, responds to queries, and supports outreach to increase awareness of the PCT system.
