Job Profile - Overview Should be a results-driven and focused professional who would not only be expected to achieve and preferably exceed his own pre-determined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) but should simultaneously set, monitor and appraise the subordinates’ KPIs to sync with the Department’s cumulative performance parameters.
