Associate Product manager
Join us to build next-gen Agentic AI experiences that power how enterprises work. We’re looking for an Associate Product/Product Manager to own high-impact Agentic AI products built on an enterprise ITSM platform.
You’ll drive the end-to-end roadmap, shape customer engagement across apps, chatbots, and integrations, and work closely with senior leadership.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys building data-driven, customer-first products.

- Own the AI at Work (AIW) product built on the Apex 2.0 ITSM platform, delivering agentic AI use cases and vertical agents (e.g., HR agent).
