Business System Analyst (with Life and Annuity domain experience)
Technical Skills (Primary)
- Experience Domain Knowledge: 10 to 14 years as a Business Systems Analyst preferably in insurance
- Strong knowledge of insurance processes Life and annuity underwriting claims billing
- Requirements System Design: Hands on experience with requirement elicitation and documentation
- Ability to design functional and system specifications
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Release Implementation: Expertise in release management and coordination across distributed teams
- Collaborate with developers, testers and product owners for successful delivery
- Support UAT data validation and production rollout activities
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
- Skilled in system modeling techniques
