Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional PS & S Specialist to be part of our People Services & Solutions team while being hands‑on in supporting the HR operational activities for Electrolux’s APAC & MEA Countries.

Your role

The People Direct & Data Associate delivers a range of HR services and responds to enquiries from internal customers and external parties, ensuring accurate information and quality service delivery through the PS & S organization.

What you’ll do

Operation Excellence

• First point of contact and responsible to ensure all HR related enquiries, escalations, feedback and complaints are managed professionally & diligently and able to translate inquiries into a case management application (ServiceNow) during the interaction.
• Manage and respond to employee enquiries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, onboarding, system navigation and HR processes.
