About the Role: The Associate for Patient Benefits supports patients in maximizing their healthcare benefits, including assisting with inquiries, processing insurance claims, verifying coverage, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating compliance with PhilHealth and HMO regulations. The role provides administrative support to the Team Leader and collaborates with team members to maintain high standards of customer service and seamless delivery of patient benefits and services.
Patient Benefits Coordination and Support
