Job Description
Role of Associate Network Engineer is to work full time across Pakistan, to support and assist in planning, design and implementation of an infrastructure that will support current needs and future expansion plans of integrating CISCO, Juniper and other products from Arwen’s product portfolio for Arwen’s clients across Pakistan.
- Actively participate in deployments across Pakistan.
- Responsible for opening and handling JTAC and Cisco TAC cases.
- Work with enterprise level architecture team to implement network configurations including subnet and VLAN implementation, VOIP telephony solutions, VPN tunneling, and wireless LAN implementation at various locations.
- Network design, integration, optimization and migration.
- Provide engineering support for troubleshooting.
- Work with team members to identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues related to integration.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
