The Parishes of St Leonard, Hollington, St Ethelburga, West St Leonards and St Matthew, Silverhill are seeking an Associate Minister with an enthusiasm for evangelism and discipleship within a shared ministry team.

We are looking for an Associate Minister who is:

• An ordained Anglican whose character reflects the gospel and who is growing in godliness.
• An evangelical committed to the ministry of word and prayer dependent on the Holy Spirit.
• A person who is able to teach and communicate the Gospel clearly, faithfully and engagingly in Sunday services, small groups and one-to-one conversations.
• A person who enjoys being part of a wider ministry team.
• A person with a track record of being able to encourage, disciple and equip church members.
