Associate Manager - C&I Maintenance Responsibilities Lead - Field instrumentation (Boiler) Operational Excellence and Equipment Reliability: Monitor the availability and functionality of all C&I systems related to Boiler area including firing systems, Mill fan, ASLD, CAMS, and MOV. Conduct routine maintenance of MOV, Boiler, and Auxiliaries to prevent equipment failures. Execute timely overhauls of the Boiler systems to maintain operational integrity. Troubleshoot and rectify breakdowns of equipment to ensure continuous operation. Coordinate with other departments to minimize maintenance delays and optimize equipment availability. Execute calibrations as per schedule and prepare detailed reports on findings and adjustments. Provide on-field support for Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Zero Forced Outage (ZFO) to enhance system reliability.
