What You’ll Do
Manage a caseload involving insurance defense, construction disputes, and commercial litigation matters
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and proceedings across state and federal courts
Prepare and argue motions, pleadings, and other legal filings
Evaluate claims and provide strategic recommendations during pre-litigation phases
Conduct legal research and develop clear, well-supported written analysis
