  Our Client is a global legal firm headquartered in Japan.They are seeking an Associate Lawyer to primarily support Japanese corporate clients across a broad range of legal matters. The role will also support the firm's Singapore office and work closely with counterparts in the Tokyo offices. Responsibilities
  - Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents
  - Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and client advice, including company incorporation and market entry matters
  - Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions
  - Handle employment law-related matters
  - Advise on personal data protection and regulatory compliance
