Job Description
Our firm is seeking a competent and driven Associate Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of legal matters, provide sound legal advice, and represent clients in proceedings while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, court submissions, and commercial agreements
Handle multiple cases simultaneously and conduct in-depth legal research on relevant laws and jurisprudence
Identify applicable legal precedents and develop legal arguments
Consult with clients to determine case details, merits, and appropriate legal strategies
Provide legal opinions, advice, and consultations based on established legal authorities
