Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Embedded Systems, Instrumentation, Computer Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of experience in Verification & Validation, System Testing, or Integration Testing. Strong programming skills in Python with experience in automation frameworks such as PyVISA and pytest. Experience working with RF and digital test equipment and automated measurement setups. Good understanding of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) frameworks. Experience in test planning, test case development, and requirements-based testing. Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in technical documentation and reporting using LaTeX, Confluence, or similar tools. Knowledge of FPGA validation and automated regression testing is an added advantage.
