- Structuring and executing the acquisition of real estate investment opportunities in Asia-Pacific
- Conduct financial modeling to assess and support acquisitions; present financial analysis to key stakeholders and the investment committee
- Conduct and coordinate legal, tax, technical, and financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with advisers and consultants
- Prepare investment papers, presentations, and other materials as required
- Review transaction documents
- Prepare regular sector research to stay updated on market trends and news, including reviewing financial, market information, and analyst reports
- Assist in portfolio management or asset management activities as required
