Associate, International Structuring

The firm is recruiting an Associate to its International Structuring practice. Associates own structuring workstreams under senior supervision — designing holding architectures, drafting structuring memoranda, coordinating with external counsel and tax advisers across multiple jurisdictions, and managing ongoing compliance for existing structures.

The work spans private wealth structuring, corporate holding architecture, real estate ownership, and cross-border investment vehicles. The role demands precision, jurisdictional fluency, and the discretion to manage highly confidential client matters.

Suited to candidates with prior experience in private client tax advisory, trust services, or international tax practice at a major firm.
