Associate Infrastructure Surveyor

We have an excellent opportunity for an Associate Infrastructure Surveyor to play a leading role in delivering advice to major transport and infrastructure clients, with a particular focus on the South and Southeast.

The role will be based out of our West Malling office, however due to the nature of the portfolio the successful candidate will be required to travel. Flexible working is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of high‑profile infrastructure projects across rail, road, energy and transport, providing strategic and tactical advice on land acquisition, compulsory purchase, compensation and valuation matters including nationally significant schemes.
• Negotiating land acquisition, options, leases and compensation/disturbance claims following works.
• Managing statutory processes including CPO, access consents and third‑party land rights.
