Act as SME for Windows endpoint/device management Provide L3 support and troubleshoot complex issues Work on OS updates, application packaging, and endpoint security Automate processes and improve user experience Utilize SCCM, PowerShell, ServiceNow Collaborate with teams using Jira and Confluence Qualifications
