Job Description
AP & Partners is looking for an associate with around 2-3 years of post-qualification experience for our corporate practice to be based either in our Delhi or Gurugram office.
You will work on a range of transactions: cross-border M&A, PE/VC investments, and TMT deals. As our partner to associate leverage is low, this is might be a good role for someone wants to more responsibility and work on interesting and substantive work
Ideal candidates will have:
- a law degree from a leading Indian law school. An LLM from an international law school would be a plus;
- at least 2 years of post-qualification experience;
- experience of handling small/mid-size transactions and due diligences with limited supervision; and
- prior work experience with the corporate practice of a leading firm.
