Associate I, HR Master Data — Data Integrity & Support

Alcon, a global leader in eye care, is seeking an Associate I, Master Data Management to maintain employee data across HR systems and ensure data integrity and compliance. You will be the first point of contact for associates and managers worldwide, learning through documentation and team support.

You will resolve tickets in Workday and ServiceNow, manage HR lifecycle changes, file records in BOX, and help document SOPs and guidelines.
