IN-HOUSE LEGAL COUNSEL Solis Legal (Deployed at Client Premises)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Solis Legal is hiring an In-House Legal Counsel on behalf of a prominent real estate organisation based in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be on the payroll of Solis Legal and deployed full-time at the client‘s office premises, functioning as an embedded legal resource for all transactional, compliance, and litigation-related requirements of the client‘s real estate business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drafting, vetting, and negotiating agreements for sale, development agreements, joint venture agreements, MOUs, lease deeds, and other real estate transaction documents.
Conducting title due diligence, examining revenue records (pahani, EC, ROR), and advising on encumbrance and litigation searches.
