Job purpose The job role is in the Private Markets division at Acuity, one of the fastest growing segments within the firm. This opportunity is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations. Key responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice receipt, validation, and processing Ensure timely and accurate invoice booking, adhering to company policies and SLAs Perform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, GRN) and resolve discrepancies Monitor invoice ageing and payment cycles, ensuring timely vendor payments Handle vendor reconciliations and resolve queries/disputes in a timely manner Maintain and update vendor master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP Track and report KPIs (aging, pendin...
