Responsibilities

The graduate recruitment programme will last 2 years. You will generate candidates and partner with Consultants on retained assignments. You will join Consultants on candidate interviews, attend client pitches, short‑list meetings, and gain exposure to the entire recruitment process from business origination to assignment completion in a hands‑on mentoring environment.
