Mandate

As a member of the Fixed Income and Derivatives team, the Associate reports to the Head of Fixed Income, Commodity and Currencies, Institutional Sales in Montreal and provides clients with coverage, including firm research and sales/trading (buy/sell) merchandise. The Associate is expected to maximize profit based on customer flow and experience while minimizing bank risk and adhering to position and loss limits as designed by Trading Products LOB Head. This position is expected to work closely with the Fixed Income and Derivatives team in supporting customer business.

Knowledge and Skills

• Four‑year college or university degree in Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics; CFA or Master’s degree is a plus.
