Job Description

Tony Gee and Partners is currently recruiting for a Associate Geotechnical Director to take a leading role in our Geotechnics team based in Glasgow. 

This will be an exciting role which will also provide opportunity to mentor junior staff, lead technically challenging solutions and forge your own path through direct client relations and technical excellence. 

It is preferable that the successful candidate would be based in Glasgow 3 days a week.

 Essential 
To act as geotechnical design lead for projects and lead geotechnical engineering design teams 
To guide and support less experienced staff, sharing technical knowledge and act as a mentor
To proactively seek out geotechnical design work and target standalone geotechnical projects
To develop long term working relationships with key clients
