We are looking to hire an Associate to join the Withers Singapore Family team whose clients are internationally located. The ideal candidate will have worked in a Family team and have experience with matrimonial litigation. A candidate with command of spoken Mandarin is preferred. The role will at times be demanding and fast paced so you will need to be an efficient worker who can prioritise, multi‑task and remain calm under pressure.

• Working in a team of Family lawyers of diverse backgrounds and expertise.
• Drafting of legal documents and correspondence.
• Legal research.
• Attending court hearings.
• Taking instructions at client meetings and liaising with clients.
• Attending mediation or other settlement meetings.
