Job Description

            Responsibilities  Perform daily duty on system monitoring 
Perform incident management and escalated incidents to tier 2 maintenance team 
Perform weekly endpoint protection updates 
Perform end user administration of Windows AD, RSA and 2FA token 
Perform certificate renewal and administration for servers and end users 
Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection 
Monitor and check physical health status of servers and data centre 
 Period  2 years contract 
 Working Hours  12 hours rotating shift (14‑16 days per month) 9am–9pm, 9pm–9am 
Up to SGD 3,500 + allowance + PB 
 Location  Novena 
 Requirements  Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent 
At least 2 years relevant working experience in IT Administration (recommended)
