Associate Director (Temporary) – full‑time, 6‑month contract in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with platform providers to explore, assess, and implement new functionalities that enhance the advising experience.
• Oversee the renewal of provider contracts, in coordination with IE University’s Legal Department.
• Serve as the main point of contact for troubleshooting issues between team members and external platforms.
• Provide ongoing support to contractors, responding to queries and ensuring smooth communication and alignment with IE processes.
• Create and maintain high‑quality instructional content, including tutorial materials and user guides, to support students, advisors, and contractors.
• Provide tailored support to the ongoing mentoring project, adapting to its evolving needs and ensuring effective execution in collaboration with other team members.
